📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing various events and functions at the clinic,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth event execution,Manage event budgets and ensure financial efficiency,Decorate and set up event venues according to the theme and requirements,Greet and assist guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction,Maintain a clean and organized event space,Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the event,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in event planning or a related field,Strong organizational and time management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Good knowledge of event management software and tools,Familiarity with local vendors and service providers is a plus,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively,Friendly and approachable demeanor
