In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients are satisfied with our products and services, and for driving customer retention and growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.,Monitor client usage and engagement to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.,Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from acquisition to retention.,Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on client satisfaction and business performance.,Identify and implement strategies to improve client retention and increase customer lifetime value.,Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that client needs are met and that our products and services are delivered to the highest standard.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer success or client services role.,Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.,Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
