📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.,Prepare and present regular reports on client performance and sales activities.,Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on market trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or sales roles.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.,Familiarity with sales and marketing principles and practices.
