Databricks is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Serverless Compute Platform team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and growth of our serverless computing platform, ensuring it meets the highest standards of performance, scalability, and reliability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that empower our customers to build and deploy applications with ease.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of engineers to develop and maintain our serverless compute platform.,Drive the technical vision and roadmap for the platform, ensuring alignment with business goals.,Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize features.,Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and best practices within the team.,Ensure the platform meets high standards of performance, scalability, and reliability.,Work closely with the DevOps and Security teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.,Mentor and develop junior engineers, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on serverless technologies.,Proven track record of successfully managing engineering teams.,Strong understanding of cloud computing and serverless architectures.,Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.,Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
