🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking or financial services
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Certification in financial planning or risk management is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Core Banking System and CRM software
