As a Senior Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and that our business objectives are met.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage and develop a team of branch staff, providing leadership and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and growth in the branch.
  • Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, and that the branch is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders, representing the company in a professional and positive manner.
  • Monitor branch performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Any other duties as assigned by senior management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and growth in a branch setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
