📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.,Provide training and support to new drivers and mechanics.,Conduct regular fleet audits to assess performance and identify issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry best practices.
