📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide legal advice and assistance to clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.,Draft, negotiate, and review contracts and agreements.,Conduct due diligence and perform legal research.,Represent the firm in court and other legal proceedings.,Stay up-to-date with legal developments and industry trends.,Mentor and guide junior legal associates.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate and commercial law.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and English languages.,Professional legal qualification (e.g., Advocate, Notary Public, or equivalent).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
