Qorvo, a global leader in RF and analog semiconductors, is seeking a talented Senior Production Planner to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling production activities to ensure efficient and effective semiconductor manufacturing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules, reduce downtime, and improve overall operational efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain detailed production schedules and plans for semiconductor manufacturing processes.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure smooth production operations.,Forecast production requirements and adjust schedules accordingly to meet customer demands and market trends.,Implement lean manufacturing principles and best practices to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.,Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production issues and prevent recurrence.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in semiconductor manufacturing.,Provide leadership and mentorship to junior production planners and team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and scheduling in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.,Proficiency in production planning software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
