📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and promote our products.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Participate in inventory audits and ensure accurate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
