Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility and rankings for real estate and hospitality websites.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.
  • Create and optimize high-quality, engaging content that appeals to target audiences.
  • Build and grow backlinks to improve domain authority and search engine rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with web developers and content creators to ensure seamless execution of SEO strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations to clients based on SEO performance data.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page and off-page optimization.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools and platforms such as Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
