📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operation and maintenance of tea production equipment.,Monitor and record production data to ensure quality and efficiency.,Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of production areas.,Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.,Support the production team in meeting daily production targets.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in quality control checks and inspections.,Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in tea production or related fields.,Familiarity with tea production processes and equipment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Experience in using production management software is a plus.
