Zone Seed Dinamis is seeking a dedicated Lab Technician to join our team in Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory techniques and a passion for seed science. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from our office and remotely, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses to ensure the quality and viability of seeds.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.,Document and record test results and data in a systematic manner.,Assist in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures and protocols.,Conduct research and experiments to support product development and innovation.,Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Agriculture, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in seed science or a related field.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
