📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing diaries, and coordinating meetings.,Maintain and update administrative records, including employee files, customer records, and inventory.,Process and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and faxes.,Handle data entry and ensure the accuracy of information in our database systems.,Support the HR department with recruitment activities, including screening resumes and conducting interviews.,Assist in preparing and organizing office supplies and equipment.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all administrative areas are tidy and well-maintained.,Provide general administrative support to the management team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a bakery or similar environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.,Familiarity with basic HR processes and procedures is a plus.
