📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory control, stock taking, and ordering.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.,Train and supervise junior staff to maintain high standards of service and sales.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Assist in the planning and execution of store promotions and events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular checks on the store's cleanliness and organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail operations and processes.
