📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are maintained and serviced according to schedule.,Coordinate with drivers and other staff to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including maintenance, fuel, and mileage.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Handle and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the fleet operations.,Provide regular reports to management on fleet performance and any areas needing improvement.,Train and mentor junior staff in fleet management practices and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing and maintaining a fleet of vehicles.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.,Valid driver's license and experience driving commercial vehicles is a plus.
