Food Root Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Receptionist to join our team in Sragen, Jawa Tengah. As the Lead Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and comfort during their stay. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rp 10.000.000 to Rp 20.000.000 per month. We are looking for a professional who can manage front desk operations efficiently and provide excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.,Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Supervise and train junior receptionists to maintain high service standards.,Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using front desk software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with local regulations and hospitality standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in hospitality are a plus.
