📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing direct patient care and treatment as ordered by the physician.,Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.,Assisting with patient admissions and discharges, including preparing patients for transfer and updating medical records.,Administering medications as prescribed and maintaining accurate medication records.,Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Educating patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Maintaining a clean and organized patient care area, including changing linens and disposing of waste materials.,Participating in staff meetings and continuing education to stay up-to-date on best practices and new treatments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Active nursing license in the state of Banten.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.,Commitment to providing compassionate and quality care to patients.
