📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead and manage all aspects of bunkering operations, including planning, scheduling, and execution
- Oversee inventory management and fuel distribution to ensure optimal supply chain efficiency
- Coordinate with port authorities, vessel operators, and fuel suppliers to facilitate smooth bunkering operations
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure compliance with international standards and regulations
- Develop and maintain operational procedures and protocols to enhance efficiency and safety
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Provide operational support to the management team and contribute to strategic decision-making
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in bunkering operations or a similar role in the maritime industry
- Proven track record of managing high-impact operations and achieving operational excellence
- Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and standards, including ISM, ISPS, and MARPOL
- Proficiency in using bunkering management software such as BunkerPro, FuelManager, or similar
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
