📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage engineering projects from inception to completion,Develop and implement engineering solutions that meet client needs,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards,Conduct feasibility studies and prepare project proposals,Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise,Maintain and update project documentation and records,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer or similar role,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices,Proven track record of successful project delivery,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with project management software and tools,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
