📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify the most qualified candidates for our job openings.,Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' fit for our company culture and job requirements.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Coordinate and schedule interviews, including coordinating with internal teams and external interviewers.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating with HR for document processing.,Maintain accurate records of all candidate information and hiring process updates.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
