📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.,Manage relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.,Provide guidance and training to junior accountants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of local accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
