📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the examination processes for PSB Academy.,Develop and implement examination policies and procedures.,Coordinate with teachers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth examination operations.,Monitor and evaluate examination results to ensure quality and fairness.,Provide guidance and support to examination staff.,Participate in training and development programs for examination staff.,Collaborate with the senior management team to improve examination processes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date examination records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in examination processes.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian education system and examination standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other examination software.,Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian both written and spoken.
