Food Silver Abadi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Support to join our team in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems as needed.,Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies, as needed.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and applications.,Monitor and analyze system performance and security to identify and address potential issues.,Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, and support tickets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles in a corporate or enterprise environment.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking technologies.,Familiarity with cloud-based IT solutions and services, such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
