📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to employees,Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks,Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues,Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software,Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures,Provide training and support to new employees,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support,Strong knowledge of IT systems and networks,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Certifications in IT support or related fields are a plus
