📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide high-quality patient care and treatment according to established protocols and guidelines.,Assess and monitor patients' health status, and document all findings accurately and promptly.,Administer medications as prescribed, and ensure patients receive the correct dosage and frequency.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all infection control and safety protocols.,Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development activities.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and hospital policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse or equivalent in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification in the respective discipline.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is desirable.
