📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and execution of construction projects.,Ensure that all construction activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of projects.,Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues.,Manage project budgets and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness.,Prepare and submit progress reports and project documentation.,Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.,Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management or site engineering.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials.,Proficiency in using project management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with local regulations and building codes.
