📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create accurate and detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design specifications are met
• Develop 3D models and renderings to visualize projects
• Prepare construction documents, including plans, elevations, and sections
• Ensure drawings are compliant with industry standards and client requirements
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback and changes
• Prepare site layouts and material schedules
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a 2D/3D Drafter in construction projects, preferably in Bali
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and 3D) and SketchUp
• Experience with Revit or other BIM software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with construction materials and methods
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
