As an HR Generalist / Business Partner, you'll be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee engagement. You'll use tools like BambooHR for HR management and Google Workspace for communication and collaboration. This role is perfect for someone with 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
In addition to your HR responsibilities, you'll act as a strategic business partner, providing insights and recommendations to support the company's growth. You'll need to be proficient in Indonesian and English, with a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement talent strategies that align with business objectives
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and development opportunities
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, using BambooHR and other HR tools
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Act as a strategic business partner, providing insights and recommendations to support department heads
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations
- Experience with HR software, such as BambooHR
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
