In this role, you’ll work closely with our experienced managers to learn the ins and outs of running a successful McDonald’s restaurant. You’ll handle daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring food quality, and maintaining high service standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Ensure food quality and safety by following McDonald’s standards and procedures.
• Maintain high service standards by training and coaching staff on customer service best practices.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback to improve service quality.
• Support the team in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational plans.
• Learn and implement McDonald’s digital tools and systems, such as the POS system and employee management software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or hospitality environment, preferably in a management role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with McDonald’s operations and standards.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
