📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging training programs for baristas, focusing on espresso techniques, milk frothing, and latte art.
• Mentor and guide baristas to improve their skills and knowledge in coffee preparation.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in coffee brewing and share this knowledge with the team.
• Collaborate with the management team to create and implement training schedules and goals.
• Maintain high standards of coffee quality and customer satisfaction through effective training and mentorship.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall development of the coffee shop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista or in a similar role in the coffee industry.
• Certification in coffee brewing techniques, such as SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) or similar.
• Proven experience in training and mentoring others in coffee preparation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively teach and guide baristas.
• Familiarity with coffee brewing equipment and tools, such as espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothers.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Passion for specialty coffee and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
