📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that the branch is meeting its targets.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all branch activities are aligned with the company's overall strategy.
• Attend and participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch operations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.
• Proven track record of managing and mentoring a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in branch operations or a related field is a plus.
