📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead process improvement initiatives, utilizing tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging employee engagement and participation.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence across the organization.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in operational excellence.
• Provide leadership and guidance to operational teams to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams.
• Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
