📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the product lifecycle, including concept development, market research, and product launch.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market trend research to identify opportunities for product innovation.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute product strategies.
• Monitor product performance and gather consumer feedback to inform continuous product improvement.
• Work with operations teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective production processes.
• Develop and maintain product specifications and technical documentation.
• Participate in cross-functional project teams to drive strategic initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of market research and consumer behavior.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Jira.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with food safety and quality standards is a plus.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
